Also, please note: The first batch sold out in less than three weeks.  The second (smaller) batch is selling out rapidly, a there may be no more produced in 2020. So if you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 want to buy a few for gifts, then don’t delay!  They are soon to be a scarce commodity.

    1. Dear Readers,

Well, we are on the mend. There is still a coughing chorus occurring here around the ranch. Jim is still sounding the worst of all of us. You can tell he is feeling a little bit better, though. He is making many jokes and goofing around with and through his wheezing. Have any of you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 ever been silly with the wheeze once the worse of the illness has past and you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 are feeling a wee bit better?

Two nights ago, we were talking, Jim was laying on the bed with his head up and over the pillow but hanging slightly over the top of the bed. He began wheezing terribly. Since we had just been talking and laughing and coughing together, and had gotten quiet in our own thoughts for a few minutes, I looked hard at him and asked, “Are you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 doing that on purpose?” He looked at me through the corners of his eyes and you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 could see the twinkle and hear a laugh coming through. “Yes, I am.” He said, laughing, wheeze, cough, cough, cough, laugh, wheeze.” Men!! ;-0

It is a little bit funny to laugh through the wheeze and then cough. It feels funny. Wheezing is an interesting bodily phenomena.

So we know the worse is probably over. Thank You Lord! And Thank You all for praying for us.

Jim’s appetite has returned, and he is back to working on the blog. He has one final edit of the newest book that he has to get done ASAP. Thankfully, he can do this stuff with the laptop in bed. We’re back to schooling and are preserving more fruits and veggies that I recently bought. I will tell more about that during our “Editor’s Preps of the Week” column on Saturday.

May you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 all have a Blessed Thursday,

      Lily

  1. OH!!! we are SO thankful to hear this good report Lily! (We DO muddle through being sick since there seems no other option…i fear i am a bit of a baby though.)

In reading “For The Glory,” Eric Liddell’s biography, i was struck by his efforts to STILL minister selflessly while ailing to those with him in the Japanese work camp where he died. You all brought that to mind as you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 shared and worked to get through this past week and a half. Your good humor, and Jim’s, not far behind, has been another example of this special habitual selflessness. Thank you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势!

Yes! When recovering from sickness, feeling better brings a childlike JOY of wellness. This makes us all smiley for you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势!

After you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势r report on shopping, i went at my last foray into town and errands with the thought of “if i don’t make it back for a month or whatever, what would i be glad i brought 500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 with me?” No…it wasn’t an over the top shopping trip, but we DO enjoy fresh vegetables and fruit! Braunschweiger, pineapple, onions, (LOTS of onions,) citrus, AND the regulars fill the larder for now. Being mindful of those little things that we enjoy is the biggest thing you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 brought to my attention…thank you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 once again.

My last share is something i had never seen before. Instant Sourdough yeast+culture, put out by Red Star, Platinum. When i make bread, i use a quarter of a package-or 1/2t bulk, for each loaf usually. So i used 1/2t of regular yeast with 1t of the sourdough mix. (It DOES have yeast in it, but since i am used to the quick-rise and wanted faster action, i added the half teaspoon regular yeast.) It was pizza night…the crust was fabulous tasting, (not too sourdoughy,) and great texture! Making bread today and am excited to continue my experiment with this new product to use the last 2/3-3/4? of the package! It’s nice to have an instant sourdough to enjoy when i haven’t thought ahead or run out of the culture in my fridge.

Oh, off topic…for those of you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 who understand personally the old adage,”use it or lose it,” you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 might enjoy the YouTube by Gil, (an anatomy instructor,) titled “The Fuzz Speach.” Unusual and thought provoking!

    Bless ALL who gather here…

  2. …forgot to add this little bit of info from today’s visit to our small town dentist for a yearly cleaning.

Thought i would casually ask if they had a good supply of face masks for the office. My hygienist said “YES! Let me tell you500彩票幸运快三怎么看走势 what happened.” She is responsible for making sure the office has the needed supplies and noticed they needed to order more last month. Order quickly came. But then, a week later ANOTHER case arrived…mistake? So she called the supplier to ask. NO, not a mistake. They sent a case to EACH of their customers since they won’t be getting more, (from overseas,) for “a while” he said. He went on to say that they had been asked to send any “extras” back, to the supplier so they could be returned, (overseas?) We know there must be a dire need if this is happening.

Was also able to “suggest” that these ladies i have known many years, have an eye out for “things” that might perhaps be affected by the interruption of any other significant supply chains.

We were excited for the gardening season just around the corner…azomite rock dust was on topic for this conversation!
